I’m a deeply reflective person who once struggled with her own patterns, constantly questioning whether she was enough.
Instead of running from it, I chose to understand it.

That path led me to become a certified stress manager, where I studied the science behind the emotions we carry, the protective mechanisms of the nervous system, and the resilience we all have access to, even when we forget.

But my work was never just about stress.
It has always been about remembering.
Remembering that we are capable.
That we are allowed to take up space.
That we have always been enough.

My desire to help others grew from my own transformation, from realizing that resilience is not about becoming harder, but about becoming safe within yourself.
Everything I create is rooted in that belief.

My work is for those who want to meet themselves with more honesty, softness, and clarity.
For those who are ready to trust themselves again.
For those who want to feel at home in their own body.

And beyond all concepts and frameworks, I am simply someone who believes in people, often before they believe in themselves.
